Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using any services provided by Travbizz Travel IT Solutions, the client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Scope

Travbizz provides Travel CRM, Travel Software Solutions, Website Development, API Integrations, WhatsApp Integrations, and related travel technology services as per the agreed proposal and scope of work.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are non-refundable once the project or subscription is activated.
  • The client must make payments as per the agreed schedule mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
  • Applicable GST will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Subscription & Renewal

  • CRM subscriptions are valid for the selected subscription period.
  • Renewal charges will be applicable before the subscription expiry date.
  • Failure to renew on time may lead to temporary suspension of access and services.

5. Data Ownership & Responsibility

  • All client data entered into the CRM remains the property of the client.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and legality of their data.
  • Travbizz will take reasonable measures to protect client data but shall not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, or factors beyond its control.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Integrations such as WhatsApp, SMS, Payment Gateways, Flight APIs, Hotel APIs, and other third-party services are subject to the respective provider's policies and charges.
  • Travbizz is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

7. Custom Development

  • Any feature or module not included in the standard package will be considered custom development and may incur additional charges.
  • Development timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client approvals.

8. Support & Maintenance

  • Technical support will be provided during business hours through approved support channels.
  • Support covers troubleshooting and guidance for existing features only.
  • Requests for new features or major modifications may be chargeable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Travbizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from the use of its services.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

Travbizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Non-payment of dues
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the course of the engagement.

12. Amendments

Travbizz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through official channels and will become effective upon publication.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
