Refund Policy
At Travbizz Travel IT Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality software solutions and services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Travbizz Travel IT Solutions for software subscriptions, implementation, development, integration, support services, and related products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Subscription Services
- Subscription fees paid for Travel CRM, software licenses, and related services are non-refundable once the account has been activated.
- No partial or full refund will be provided for unused subscription periods.
- Clients may choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the active term.
3. Implementation & Setup Charges
- One-time setup, installation, configuration, training, and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- Charges incurred for third-party integrations are also non-refundable.
4. Custom Development Services
- Payments made for custom development, module creation, API integration, website development, or any tailored solution are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after development has started, the amount paid up to that stage will not be refunded.
5. Third-Party Services
Travbizz is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp Services
- SMS Services
- Payment Gateways
- Flight APIs
- Hotel APIs
- Visa and Forex APIs
- Hosting Services
Any refund requests related to such services will be governed by the respective provider’s refund policy.
6. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice. Cancellation of services does not entitle the client to a refund for payments already made.
7. Duplicate Payments
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, Travbizz will verify the transaction and process the refund of the duplicate amount within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Travbizz management. Approval of any refund shall not create an obligation for future refund requests.
